    What you'll do: As a MCCA Customer Renewal Executive Regional Specialist, you are responsible for delivering end-to-end renewal execution through partnership with Customer Success Mangers and the extended account team. You will interface with customers on SAP’s behalf to negotiate commercial terms and drive incremental revenue. As part of your role, you will work to move customers to SAP's new Master Cloud Customer Agreement (MCCA) at the time of renewal, ensuring they understand the benefits and terms related to this new agreement.

     

    In addition, you will serve as the regional coordinator for MCCA quoting and booking questions or challenges, acting as a point of escalation for customers within the region and providing mentorship to other regional MCCA CREs. As a Process Expert, you will guide the transition to MCCA with a focus on process excellence.

     

    Renewals Executives demonstrate skills and knowledge in renewal strategy, deal architecture, customer negotiation and internal navigation of commercial and legal teams.

     

    You will be responsible for representing SAP and will be empowered to know all internal process-related phases of renewals. You will be continuously equipped for success as a subject matter expert in commercial and revenue management principles that are key to SAP’s growth. We promote a culture of open dialogue and continuous improvement; in this role we encourage you to voice your feedback to drive improvements within the business.

     

    Renewal Execution Tasks: • Provide end-to-end renewal execution support; maintain knowledge of commercial negotiation, product portfolio and entitlement metrics, and support on transactional steps related to renewals and restructures.

     

    • Serve as the regional coordinator for MCCA quoting and booking questions or challenges. Act as a point of escalation for customer issues within the region, ensuring effective and timely resolution.

    • Mentor and provide guidance to other regional MCCA CREs

    • Act as a Process Expert in moving to MCCA, ensuring best practices and consistency in customer engagements and renewals.

    • Leverage internal SAP networks to navigate cross-functionally and regionally, insuring collaboration and alignment • Possess knowledge of SAP Cloud Terms and Conditions, including those related to MCCA • Understand and deploy negotiation methods that are mutually beneficial to SAP and the customer. • Knowledgeable in commercial metrics and forecasting principles.

     

    Requirement for individuals to be located within CRC Service Delivery Center(s).

     

    What you'll bring: ▪ Experience in a customer facing role with ability to influence different stakeholders using strong relationship and communication skills.

     

    • Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead

    • Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in handling customer escalations and complex quoting or booking scenarios.

    • Commercial negotiation experience with a proven record to meet or exceed renewal revenue goals. ▪ Ability to work through multiple SAP commercial software systems. ▪ Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks while being process oriented.

    • Ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment, continuously seeking improvements and solutions ▪ Communicate clearly both orally and in written form and proven ability to build strong relationships. ▪ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent comparable experience

    **Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 107,000 - 180,700(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
