We are hiring an Entry Java Developer to join our team in Madison, WI (onsite)!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software solutions.

+ Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.

+ Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

+ Debug and resolve technical issues reported by users or QA teams.

+ Assist in the development of technical documentation and user guides.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

+ Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, preferably with Java.

+ Completion of core mathematics courses such as Calculus, Linear Algebra, and Discrete Mathematics.

+ Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Internship or project experience with Java development.

+ Basic understanding of databases and SQL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
