This client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Services Technician to join our team for the annual laptop and desktop refresh project. This role requires exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform laptop and desktop refresh tasks, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Provide on-site technical support to hospital staff, ensuring minimal disruption to their workflow.
Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and service requests.
Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar field services or technical support role.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with medical staff.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with hospital IT environments is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
