DIRECTV is seeking an experienced and versatile **Marketing Manager** to join the growth team, charged with developing new and innovative ways of accelerating our nascent growth business. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, an exceptional communicator, and has a **strong background in digital and consumer marketing** . This individual will be responsible for driving and managing numerous projects and workstreams across a large, matrixed organization, ensuring successful execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
Here's what you’ll do:
+ Lead and **manage multiple projects and workstreams** across a range of functions, focused on accelerating DIRECTV’s growth strategy.
+ Assist in identifying **new and relevant audiences and segments** for DIRECTV to target.
+ Lead development, planning, and execution of various **marketing activations** , both live and virtual.
+ Assist in development and execution of **in-market tests and rapid prototyping** .
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, Finance, Product, and others to drive project outcomes.
+ Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
+ Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
What you’ll need to be successful:
+ 5+ years of experience in **digital consumer marketing** in either **client or agency** environments.
+ Experience or strong familiarity with media and subscription businesses.
+ Experience with **co-marketing, brand partnerships and collaborations,** and activation events.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Strong communication and **stakeholder management** abilities.
+ Experience working within a large, matrixed organization and successfully managing cross-functional projects.
+ Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
May require a background check due to job duties requiring routine access to DIRECTV and DIRECTV customer’s proprietary data. Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction will be considered for employment in accordance with local ordinances and state law.
This role requires, but is not limited to, 10% travel to meet with internal teams as needed.

DIRECTV's compensation structure is designed to be market-competitive and fully supports efforts to attract and retain employees. It is the company's policy to offer pay that is competitive with other employers in the local market. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
DIRECTV WAGE ZONES: $96,140 - $174,570
Low (N1): $96,140 - $144,210
Mid (N2): $101,200 - $151,800
High (N3): $111,320 - $166,980
Top (N4): $116,380 - $174,570
