    Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

     

    Job Type: Full-time

    Shift: Day & Night

    Pay Range: $20.50 - $23.75/hour (Final offer based on your unique skills, experience, and professional background)

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Support clients with daily living activities—bathing, dressing, grooming, and more

    + Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse)

    + Assist with mobility and safe transfers

    + Prepare and serve meals tailored to client needs

    + Communicate clearly with clients, families, and care team members

    + Observe and promptly report changes in client condition

    Requirements

    + Active CNA certification in Virginia

    + Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care

    + Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude

    + Commitment to maintaining a professional, respectful environment
