    Job Summary

    We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-oriented professional to join our Fixed Income team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic trading environment, support financial advisors with strategic insights, and drive business growth through effective sales and relationship management.     Key Responsibilities

    As a core member of the Fixed Income desk, you will serve as a subject matter expert and trusted partner to financial advisors. Your primary focus will be to deliver market intelligence, promote fixed income solutions, and support trade execution. Responsibilities include:

     

    + **Sales Strategy & Execution** : Identify and promote fixed income opportunities through well-crafted sales communications, proactive outreach, and in-person engagements.

    + **Advisor Support** : Act as a primary resource for financial advisors, providing timely quotes, executing trades, and offering product expertise.

    + **Marketing & Communication** : Develop and distribute impactful marketing materials that effectively communicate the value of our fixed income offerings.

    + **Market Insight** : Deliver informed perspectives on market trends, investment strategies, and product positioning.

    + **Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Work closely with internal teams to enhance sales initiatives and contribute to broader trading and business development projects.

    Qualifications & Skills

    We are looking for a candidate who combines market expertise with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess:

     

    + Knowledge of fixed income markets, trading practices, and investment products.

    + Experience in client relationship management, financial marketing, and sales communication.

    + Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and basic HTML/PDF formatting.

    + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    + Professional demeanor and effective communication skills across phone, written, and in-person interactions.

    Education/Previous Experience

    + Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Finance, Accounting or Business and preferably a minimum three (3) years of experience in the financial services industry.

    + OR ~

    + Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.

    Licenses/Certifications

    + SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied.

    + FINRA Series 7 License and the ability to obtain other FINRA Licenses (as required).

    Education

    Bachelor’s: Accounting (Required), Bachelor’s: Business Administration (Required), Bachelor’s: Finance (Required)

    Work Experience

    General Experience - 13 months to 3 years

     

    Certifications

     

    Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)

     

    Travel

     

    Less than 25%
