What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will:
+ Be responsible for the designing, optimization, and implementation of various reporting and analytics solutions
+ Collaborate with key collaborators and internal partners during the entire report development process from initial intake through report deployment.
+ Identify key considerations and enhancements in COE processes and configurations to support the reliability of data within reporting and analytics.
+ Assist People Analytics function in key projects, like improving HR scorecard processes and developing metrics.
+ Serve as an additional resource for producing HR scorecards and data summaries for executive leaders, Board of Directors, and other senior leaders across the organization.
+ Train HR team members on Workday reporting and dashboards, ensuring they are proficient in using these tools effectively.
+ You have:
+ Academic background in **Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field; or an equivalent**
+ Previous experience in or with **3-5 years of Workday report development**
+ **Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite reporting and dashboard configuration**
+ **Background in understanding HCM data and its application in reporting and analytics**
+ **Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills strongly preferred**
+ **Intermediate data visualization skills strongly preferred (ex. Tableau)**
+ Skills
+ **Ability to effectively translate and communicate business requirements into solutions**
+ **Proven expertise managing multiple projects concurrently, with various teams and functional groups.**
+ **Foundational project management skills including consultation, collaboration, project planning, analysis and implementation skills**
