    We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with experience in data quality, clean up, preparation, and integration to provide direct support to our government customers in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for data cleaning and preparation for a transition into ServiceNow. You will have the opportunity to collaborate in a cross functional team environment with technical and non-technical stakeholders which will require strong communication skills. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform data cleaning and preparation of missing, inconsistent, and duplicate data for a transition to ServiceNow

    + Building or maintaining ETL pipelines for data integration.

    + Data Profiling & Quality Assessment

    + Exposure to machine learning or statistical methods (helpful for anomaly detection and automation).

    + Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis in data pipelines

    + Diagnose issues in data pipelines and inconsistencies across systems.

    + Data Modeling & Metadata Management

    + Documentation of processes, data dictionaries, transformation logic, and decisions made during cleaning for reproducibility.

    Required

    + BS or BA degree

    + 3 years of related experience

    + Experience with building/maintaining ETL pipelines

    + Experience with SQL for querying and transforming data

    + Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

     

    Desired

     

    + Knowledge of validation frameworks

    + Familiarity with machine learning or statistical models

    + Experience with Python or R for data manipulation (especially pandas, numpy, pyjanitor, or dplyr).

    + Familiarity with Apache Airflow, dbt, or custom scripts for integration data sources

    + Understanding of data lineage, dimensional modeling, and business glossary design.
