Responsibilities

+ Diagnose and repair heating, cooling and electrical components on refurbished equipment.

+ Use problem solving skills to support continuous improvement.

+ Read schematics and technical manuals to support OEM repairs.

+ Accurately document and maintain equipment logs.

+ Perform refurbishment tasks including disassemble/assemble, sanitation and quality inspections.

+ Adhere to 5S standards in the workplace.

Qualifications

+ Must be 18 years of age or older.

+ Prior experience as an equipment repair technician preferred.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and Company safety standards.

+ Safely operate manual, electric, battery and pneumatic hand tools.

+ Ability to frequently bend and stand for prolonged periods.

+ Ability to safely lift up to 65lbs as needed.

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

+ Strong communication skills.

+ Ability to perform standard mathematical tasks.
