Job Description

BAE Systems is seeking a Procurement Analyst II to join its organization.

Responsibilities:

+ Analyze manufacturing, enterprise resource planning, and other material requirements based on needs of assembly demands, replenishments, substitute parts/materials, production set-ups, engineering changes and enterprise supplies.

+ Resolve schedule, material requirement, or business system problems with cross-functional representatives.

+ Approve part or material requisitions and initiates production and purchase orders.

+ Resolve master schedules and production problems and negotiates lead times.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Bachelor's Degree with 2 years work experience or equivalent education/experience

+ Experience with negotiating pricing (terms and conditions)

+ Experience communicating with multiple departments (internal/external customers)

+ Experience working with tight deadlines

+ Experience with DFARS/FAR

+ Experience utilizing MS Office (Excel)

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Experience as an Indirect/Capital buyer

+ Experience utilizing Oracle

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $60076 - $102130

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
