SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Situated on East Penn Avenue, the Family Practice Robesonia office is seeking to expand its clerical staff! This office sees on average 120-150 patients/day, with Monday and Thursday being heavier patient flow days.
As the selected Medical Office Associate, you will be expected to check patients in and out of appointments, verify insurance, prep charts for providers, manage Primary Care Provider (PCP) changes, process forms, and scan paperwork. In this role, you will also oversee the E-Message pool to mitigate scheduling requests.
This is a primary care practice that sees newborn to geriatric patients. The ideal MOA will have experience with multitasking and display strong soft skills. Don’t wait – apply today!
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
