    Required Education/Experience

    + High School Diploma/GED and one (1) year of IT-related experience, and a minimum of six (6) months of participation in the company's Apprenticeship program or

    + Bachelor's Degree and one (1) year of IT-related experience, or a minimum of six (6) months of participation in the company's Apprenticeship program.

    Relevant Work Experience

    + One (1) year of IT related experience, with experience and participation in the company's YearUp program for a minimum of six (6) months, required.

    + Must possess strong decision-making and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate with various levels of management and external vendors/customers, required.

    + Knowledge of the Outage Scheduling System and Rapid Restore System is preferred.

    Skills and Abilities

    + Strong verbal communication and listening skills

    + Effective interpersonal skills

    + Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision making skills

    + Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.

    Licenses and Certifications

    + Driver's License Required

    Additional Physical Demands

    + The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

    + Must be available during off-hours and be on call 24/7 to respond to emergencies or direct activities when necessary.

    + Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
