GCR operates 9 Stores, 2 Bandag Retread Plants, and 5 Off-The-Road Tire Repair Facilities in 5 states, along with managing tire programs at several remote mine locations. Position Summary

Produce high-quality retread tires by performing a variety of tasks according to established standards and procedures. Ensure product quality and efficiency through adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $34.00

Commission Eligible

Responsibilities

+ Inspect tire casings to assess condition and determine necessary repairs.

+ Prepare tire casings for retreading by applying rubber compounds and hanging to dry.

+ Operate curing equipment to vulcanize retread tires.

+ Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product meets specifications.

+ Trim and paint finished retreads.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

+ Participate in training and development opportunities.

+ Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications

+ Previous experience in manufacturing or tire industry preferred.

+ Physical ability to lift up to 150 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

+ Attention to detail and focus on quality.

+ Basic math and measurement skills.

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Pre-employment drug test, physical exam, and background check required.
