• What You’ll Earn

+ **Starting pay is $27.00 to $30.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)**

+ **$1,000 hiring bonus** on your first paycheck

+ **$5,000 worth of stay-on bonus** in your first year of employment (Paid out over the course of a year)

+ **Regular wage increases** based on performance and experience

• Schedule

+ Full-time, **Monday–Friday (5x8 schedule)**

+ Occasional Saturdays as needed

+ **Home daily – no long hauls or overnights**

• What You’ll Do

+ Safely operate a garbage truck on local routes

+ Collect waste and recyclables from homes and businesses

+ Follow route sheets and work independently with minimal supervision

+ Perform daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance

+ Deliver outstanding, courteous customer service every day

• What You’ll Need

+ A valid **Class B CDL** with air brake endorsement (minimum)

+ At least **1 year of commercial driving experience**

+ A **clean driving record**

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather

+ Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
