Job Description
We are looking for an experienced **Gen AI Data & Integration Specialist** to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a professional with 8+ years of experience in data engineering and integration, particularly within the **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex data models, optimizing the semantic layer, and ensuring seamless integration across GCP services.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Design, manage, and optimize complex data models ensuring **data integrity** and consistency.
+ Develop and maintain the semantic layer to support advanced analytics and reporting.
+ Integrate and manage data pipelines and services using **GCP tools** .
+ Leverage **BigQuery** for scalable **data warehousing** and analytics.
+ Implement and maintain **Data Catalog** for effective metadata management.
+ Create insightful dashboards and reports using **Looker** .
+ Design and manage data pipelines with **Dataflow.**
+ Enable real-time data streaming using **Pub/Sub** .
+ Develop and manage APIs for seamless data access and integration.
+ Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and security standards.
Key Skills:
+ Strong expertise in **BigQuery, Data Catalog, Looker, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub** .
+ Proficiency in designing and managing APIs for data integration.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
+ Broader experience with additional **GCP services and tools.**
+ Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
+ Familiarity with other **data visualization platforms.**
+ Understanding of **CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices** .
