Areas of responsibility include compliance, planning, and execution of field audits. This individual will collaborate with business partners from various functional areas such as Commercial Operations, Finance, HCC, SOX, GAA, & Reverse Logistics to ensure audits are conducted in a timely fashion, accurately, and in accordance with the Internal Control Handbook, White Paper(s) and Standard Operating Procedures. We are seeking a strong leader who will drive meaningful improvements to the audit process and improved accuracy of field inventory. The successful candidate will manage a team of analysts to ensure execution of all deliverables.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Successful execution of annual field audits for the Joints Reconstruction businesses.

    + Annual audit planning in compliance with JNJ and SOX requirements (risk assessment, policy updates and identification of critical reports for testing)

    + Build roadmap to improve existing audit process. Complete strategy to make the process more efficient and cost effective, while remaining aligned with relevant policies.

    + Partner closely with sales leadership to improve audit-related engagement throughout the year

    + Partner with Commercial Operations and Reverse Logistics teams to improve inventory management processes and ongoing asset visibility. Identify any gaps in the inventory management process and offer insights on improvement opportunities.

    + Manage team of analysts to ensure successful completion of all audits, projects and other results.

    + Work with GAA and PricewaterhouseCoopers to support internal/external audits.

    + Understand and stay within parameters of compliance policies (Internal Control Handbook, White Paper and Standard Operating Procedures). Educate audit team on these policies to ensure adherence.

    + Partner with other franchise Field Audit managers to harmonize audit processes across business units.

    + Vendor relationship management.

    + Closely manage assigned budget. Initiate and track PO’s throughout the year.

    + Reporting and presentation of audit results as required for project based activities as assigned.

    + Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level

    + Ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable

    + Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures

    + Performs other duties assigned as needed

    Qualifications

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s Degree required preferably in Supply Chain, Business or Economics or related field

    + Minimum 5 years’ experience in a complex Medical Device environment or pharmaceutical environment

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:

    + Inventory management or inventory audit experience, preferably in a medical device environment.

    + Proven leadership experience.

    Preferred:

    + Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    Total Base Pay Range 100,000.00 - 200,000.00 USD Annual

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
