Description

Under the supervision of the Supervisor or Management, the Technical Specialist plans, directs and coordinates all technical activities performed in the division of technical expertise/practice. The Technical Specialist is responsible for all quality and technical functions for that specific division.

Required Qualifications:

+ Graduate of an accredited program in the area of technical expertise.

+ Upon hire: California Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification

+ Upon hire: National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board, or

+ Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology

+ Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

+ 4 years experience as a technologist in the area of expertise in a hospital setting or Imaging Center.

+ Technical experience in hospital/healthcare environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 5 years experience as a technologist in the specified field.
