Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST within NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. #LI-NAVSUPWSS Responsibilities You will perform analytical work concerned with overall financial programs and budgetary planning and execution. You will provide assistance in evaluating requirements and procedures, as well as preparing technical reports. You will assist senior staff members with collecting and analyzing data. You will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory controls. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For the GS-09 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge and understanding of financial management, funding, and budgetary policies, precedents, procedures, and regulations; 2) Analyzing project requirements and recommending solutions; 3) Monitoring funding execution and ensuring liabilities do not exceed funding; 4) Reviewing and analyzing PBL Business Case Analyses (BCAs) and Return on Investment (ROI) budgetary and financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness; and 5) Ensuring compliance with budgetary, financial, and pricing policies and procedures. For the GS-07 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of funding policy and regulatory requirements; 2) Performing research, summarizing information, and providing reports; 3) Assisting with analyzing project requirements and recommending solutions; and 4) Ensuring compliance with budgetary, financial, and pricing policies and procedures.
