    The Harborview Medical Center has an outstanding opportunity for a **Patient Services Specialist** to join our Nursing Support Program/Float Pool- INPATIENT: variety of clinic specialties 9NJB Medical Specialty Clinics - Urology, General Surgery, Rehabilitation Medicine, Chest, Thoracic Surgery, Medical Operative Consult, Neurology, Palliative Care, and Hematology/Oncology .

    WORK SCHEDULE:

    + Part-time Days (90% FTE)

    + Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging

    + Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments

    + Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information

    + Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery **REQUIREMENTS**

    + High school graduation or equivalent AND

    + One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience **OR**
