Harborview - Radiology Administration** has an outstanding opportunity for **Patient Services Specialist.** **POSITION/CAMPUS HIGHLIGHTS

+ Only Level I trauma and burn center in the region

+ Close proximity to public transportation **WORK SCHEDULE:**

+ Mondays- Sundays (100% FTE)

+ Days- 730am- 1800pm **RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging

+ Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments

+ Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information

+ Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery **REQUIREMENTS**

+ High school graduation or equivalent AND

+ One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience **OR**
