    What We Need:

    What We Need:

    Brady Corporation is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team and help drive operational excellence across our distributor/reseller network. This role is instrumental in identifying and leading initiatives that streamline transactional processes, reduce cost-to-serve, and enhance profitability with our channel partners. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Customer Master, and Operations to bring clarity and efficiency to our commercial operations.

    + Analyze and optimize distributor/reseller operations with a focus on order processing efficiency, accounts receivable performance (A/R), cost-to-serve, and margin contribution.

    + Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce operational friction and improve the transactional performance of our channel partners.

    + Own and support third-party order processing portals (e.g., CommerceHub), ensuring alignment with Brady's systems and order workflows.

    + Partner with IT, Customer Master, and Commercial teams to implement updates to distributor/reseller programs, including pricing structures and discount models.

    + Serve as the operational liaison between the commercial business and functions such as Sales Operations, Customer Master, and Operations.

    + Collaborate directly with distributors/resellers to align their SOPs with Brady’s preferred processes, identifying and implementing efficiency opportunities.

    + Maintain and enhance distributor/reseller operations scorecards, providing visibility to internal stakeholders and helping partners improve their vendor performance.

    + Foster strong relationships with key channel partners, working proactively to resolve issues in a way that protects profitability and avoids increased cost-to-serve.

    + Contribute to the development of tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that improve operational insight and decision-making.

    What You Will Need To Be Successful:

    What You’ll Need To Be Successful:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analytics, commercial operations, or a related analytical function.

    + High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formula logic).

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, balancing attention to detail with timely execution.

    + Strong problem-solving mindset, with a proactive and structured approach to continuous improvement.

    + Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities without close supervision.

    + Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.

    + Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data querying (e.g., SQL) is a differential.
