Starting Salary Range: $97,000-$114,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Design and implement meaningful performance and strategic plan metrics that track progress against enterprise objectives.
+ Develop tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate insights across leadership and cross-functional teams.
+ Collaborate with senior leaders to define and integrate success indicators into the corporate planning cycle.
+ Translate complex datasets into compelling narratives that support decision-making and strategic alignment.
+ Conduct advanced analytics to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and highlight areas for improvement.
+ Ensure data quality, consistency, and clarity across all performance reports and metric tools.
What we are looking for…
+ Strong skills in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI), data analytics (SQL, R, Python), and performance measurement.
+ Ability to clearly communicate analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Detail-oriented, independent, and comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environment
