The Staffing Coordinator supports the Clinical Managers with the daily staffing and scheduling functions as well as maintaining accurate records to assist in productivity analysis and strategic planning. This person schedules nursing and ancillary staff through Active Staffer and deals with daily schedule changes insuring staffing needs are met and Active Staffer reflects those changes. High School graduate or equivalent, Basic computer skills including data entry, Good verbal communication skills with knowledge of customer focused telephone ettiquette and Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task are required.
