We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven Strategic Account & Business Operations Manager to partner directly with the CEO and support our Business Development team. This role serves as a hybrid between account management and strategic sales support, playing a key part in advancing business opportunities, streamlining internal coordination, and ensuring timely follow-through across the pipeline.
The ideal candidate brings mid-level experience in the marketing, media, or digital agency space, is comfortable interfacing with both internal stakeholders and external clients, and has a strong understanding of the creative, digital, and programmatic media landscape. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of follow-up and project momentum, and consistently brings clarity and progress to active opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
+ Act as an extension of the CEO in business development meetings—attending key discussions, capturing next steps, managing follow-ups, and ensuring accountability across internal teams.
+ Coordinate and facilitate strategic account opportunities from initial conversation through execution handoff, ensuring clear documentation and smooth transitions.
+ Manage communications with prospective and existing clients, including follow-up emails, scheduling, and preparing materials such as presentations and proposal documents.
+ Drive progress on business development initiatives by liaising with internal teams (creative, digital, media) to gather input, surface blockers, and push timelines forward via WorkFront (a Project management tool)
+ Maintain and monitor a pipeline of active opportunities, ensuring that CRM systems and status reports are current and accurate.
+ Support coordination of meeting prep, agendas, and post-meeting actions for CEO-led business development efforts.
+ Help identify and bring the right internal experts into the room at the right time to ensure the successful progression of conversations and opportunities.
Qualifications
+ 3–5 years of experience in an account management, client services, or sales operations role—preferably within a marketing agency, media company, or related digital business.
+ Familiarity with creative and digital workflows, and a solid understanding of media, ideally including programmatic advertising.
+ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
+ A proactive, resourceful approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in client-facing interactions.
