    Job Description

    Position Summary: The Group Home Regional Program Manager is responsible for management of DHS 245D licenses and DOH regulations. Responsibilities include supervision of Supervisors, Designated Coordinators /QDDP positions and support positions. The Program Manager assures that quality care is provided at all times to promote the optimum level of health, safety and care of persons through compliance audits, internal investigations and supervision of Supervisory positions. The Program Manager participates in the Interdisciplinary Team process and reviews program plans. The Program Manager is the lead person in new program development, monitoring satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources and assuring quality of services provided. The Program Manager is responsible for on-site property management.

     

    **Education:** BA or BS in Human Services or Social Science field preferred;

     

    Meet Department of Human Services (DHS) parameters for a Designated Coordinator

    (Certified as Mental Health Practitioner preferred)

    **Job Related Experience:** At least Five (5) years’ experience working with people with developmental disabilities, which must include Two (2) years’ experience with supervision. This experience must also include experience in assessing, developing, and monitoring client plans. Working knowledge of licensing standards set forth by MN DHS Rule 245D including Community Residential Settings (CRS) standards.
