In this leadership-focused role, you will architect scalable, reusable testing solutions, introduce AI-driven capabilities to enhance automation and analytics, and act as a trusted consultant for global clients across diverse and complex environments.

Responsibilities
+ Design and implement end-to-end quality assurance strategies tailored to client needs, incorporating AI/ML technologies and modern testing approaches
+ Define testing standards, processes, and governance models at organization or project levels, ensuring alignment with best practices (e.g., Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, shift-left testing)
+ Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based solutions into automation frameworks to enable advanced data-driven testing and test optimization
+ Develop and deploy AI-driven testing solutions for predictive analytics, pattern detection, fault localization, anomaly detection, and intelligent test case generation
+ Architect RAG frameworks to enhance test automation coverage using dynamic retrieval methodologies combined with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT or similar technologies
+ Utilize AI/ML models and tools to accelerate performance, security, and resiliency testing, as well as to optimize test workflows
+ Architect scalable, robust, and reusable test automation frameworks integrating AI algorithms for continuous improvement and smarter test execution
+ Drive the adoption of cloud-native AI-powered testing tools throughout CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
+ Create intelligent dashboards that leverage AI for actionable insights on defect trends, testing bottlenecks, and proactive risk mitigation
+ Lead efforts to optimize performance testing using intelligent algorithms and real-time analytics based on AI models
+ Develop security testing strategies enhanced by AI-driven threat analysis and vulnerability detection
+ Implement RAG-driven approaches for efficiently extracting domain-specific knowledge from data sources to inform testing strategies in enterprise applications
+ Work closely with business, development, and operations teams to align quality objectives with project goals and delivery timelines
+ Serve as the technical advisor for integrating AI/ML-based testing technologies into the organization's IT landscape and delivery pipelines
+ Act as a subject matter expert in AI-driven and RAG-enabled testing solutions, providing clients with insights into the latest advancements in intelligent automation
+ Identify opportunities to innovate through the introduction of next-generation AI-powered tools and frameworks (e.g., integrating LLMs where applicable)
+ Build reusable AI-based test architecture patterns and solutions that can be leveraged across multiple projects and client engagements
+ Mentor and upskill QA teams in AI/ML tools, RAG frameworks, and advanced testing methodologies to expand testing capabilities
+ Lead workshops and technical sessions with internal teams and clients on leveraging AI and RAG for sophisticated quality assurance use cases
+ Collaborate on the development of organizational assets such as AI-enabled testing playbooks and reusable RAG templates
+ Define and implement test analytics powered by AI/ML to optimize defect management, test efficiency, and resource allocation
+ Develop intelligent dashboards to monitor quality KPIs, including defect prediction models and recommendation-driven metrics
+ Provide stakeholders with actionable insights and reporting using AI-enhanced quality analytics
Requirements
+ Hands-on experience with AI/ML-driven testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Google TensorFlow, PyTorch, or AI-enabled testing tools like Test.ai)
+ Deep understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies and implementing LLM-based solutions for dynamic data-driven testing
+ Proficiency with AI frameworks, including GPT, OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar large language model technologies for testing and automation use cases
+ Expertise in leveraging AI for intelligent test case generation, defect prediction, automated analytics, and fault identification
+ Proven experience designing and scaling test automation frameworks for enterprise-grade applications using modern tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress)
+ Familiarity with designing data-driven frameworks that incorporate AI/ML models for smarter testing and ongoing improvement
+ Proficient with programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java) and ability to integrate AI/ML components into existing frameworks
+ Skilled in integrating AI for performance bottleneck identification and optimization of large-scale enterprise applications
+ Strong knowledge of security testing tools and utilizing AI-based risk analysis to enhance application security compliance
+ Ability to translate business requirements into actionable quality architectures that leverage AI technologies
+ Experience managing diverse teams to implement AI/ML-driven and RAG-enabled testing strategies successfully
+ Experience in conducting client assessments
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical ideas to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds
+ Expertise in working in Agile environments and integrating AI-driven testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field
+ 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance/testing, with at least 3+ years of experience working with AI-powered testing frameworks or RAG-enabled solutions
+ Deep expertise with practical implementations of large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation frameworks for enterprise applications
+ Certifications in AI/ML or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, TensorFlow Developer) strongly preferred

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $105,000 - $180,000.
