HR Project Manager

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR Project Manager to support the full lifecycle of M&A transactions with a focus on HR governance and Oracle HCM operations. This role will partner closely with internal stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance to ensure effective due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with expertise in HR operating models, specifically in Recruitment and Onboarding, and has 2+ years in M+A project management leadership or support.
Include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop and manage project plans for human resources COE with a particular focus on Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Management.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
+ Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
+ Create project planning documents to support project work.
+ Ability to facilitate and document lessons learned following project completion, archival of risk, action item, and decision log inventory
+ Use HR and Oracle knowledge to aid in developing efficient and thorough plans
+ Help determine resourcing as needed
+ Manage the HR Governance process with touchpoints up to senior leadership.
+ Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Or an equivalent of relevant work history and education.
+ Relevant Experience of 4 years of Project Management
+ 2+ years in M+A project management leadership or support preferred
+ PMP Certification preferred
+ Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
+ Strong project management skills including concepts of RAID, RACI, Agile and change management preferred
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Proficiency use and creation of project management tools.
+ Knowledge of governance frameworks and best practices.
+ Familiarity with Oracle HCM and its functionalities preferred
