Kendall Hunt Publishing is looking for a K-12 Science Curriculum Specialist. This role will contribute to strategic direction of product positioning in all phases of development and sales cycles. Supports sales, marketing and product teams with materials development for pre and post customer engagement. This position will be based in our home office in Dubuque, Iowa. Salary commensurate with experience.

In A Typical Work Week, K-12** **Curriculum Specialist** **Will...

+ Collaborate with sales team members and other supporting departments to secure new customers and to provide content specific information/training/presentations.

+ Coordinate account implementation plans and lead professional development for new and existing customers as developed by Professional Learning department.

+ Continually enhance sales team product knowledge and analyze overall product training needsDevelop and maintain product sales decks, training videos, and other educational materials

+ Conduct ongoing product training for sales and customer service team as needed.

+ Create collateral as needed to support reps.

+ Answer content questions from customers and sales team and communicate product information and updates to the sales team.

+ Develop, design and deliver PD offering for KH products in alignment with Professional Development Department and plan and deliver implementation professional learning.

+ Attends conventions and demonstrates a strong presence to promote Kendall Hunt products.

+ Attend conventions to promote Kendall Hunt products, increase discipline knowledge, and gather market intelligence.

Characteristics of Who KH Looks for in a K-12 Science** **Curriculum Specialist** **You are...

+ Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.

+ **5–7 years of customer-facing experience and a background in teaching science** .

+ A top performer that's used to going above and beyond the minimum expectations.

+ Competitive, highly organized, and self-driven.

+ Able to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

+ Well versed with Microsoft Suite, Google, Zoom. Online digital learning tool experience is a plus.

+ A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required, in accordance with the company's corporate driving policy.
