Schedule: 4-day, 12-hour rotating working week. Candidate must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed. _Schedule is subject to change depending on business needs.-_

Basic Qualifications:

+ Must have a valid driver’s license with no convicted violations.

+ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent aptitude and/or experience

+ Ability to operate heavy equipment such as CAT 777 haul truck and MACK Ore Truck

+ Ability to tolerate adverse weather conditions

+ Be self-motivated

+ Willing to cross-train to provide coverage on other pieces of equipment when needed

+ Become MSHA certified

+ Complete department safety requirements:- SMAT, OSA, EMAT audits

+ Adhere to all MSHA safety requirements

+ Maintain 5S of equipment and area

+ Team Participation in WCM events/activities

+ Be willing to participate and facilitate IAR’s

+ Be willing to help cover for vacations which could require other shifts or operating different equipment

+ Must be able to work rotating shifts

+ Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 3-5 years of heavy equipment experience

+ Previous Mining or Quarry experience

+ MSHA certification
