    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vendor Management Analyst to support the ongoing execution and evolution of our Vendor Management Program. This role is responsible for assisting with the full vendor lifecycle—from onboarding and due diligence to performance monitoring, system maintenance, and offboarding. The Vendor Management Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring vendor data integrity, contract compliance, and service quality across all third-party relationships.

     

    The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, ERP and data management experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement projects and help enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of our vendor management processes.

     

    Compensation: $26.00-$31.00 an hour, depending on experience.

     

    Work Location: Irvine, CA- Hybrid opportunity available.

    Responsibilities:

    + Support and help manage the overall vendor program, including onboarding new vendors, ensuring the completion of required documentation, due diligence, and system setup.

    + Facilitate regular vendor performance reviews and maintain thorough documentation, including evaluation files and performance summaries.

    + Maintain accurate and current vendor information within internal systems to support effective vendor oversight.

    + Pull and validate state-level vendor registration documents as part of the due diligence process.

    + Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon SLAs and contractual obligations.

    + Identify opportunities for cost reduction, service improvements, and vendor consolidation opportunities with the business.

    + Maintain accurate vendor information in internal systems (e.g., ERP, vendor management platforms, master vendor files, request systems).

    + Provide support in the management and maintenance of ERP systems, including participation in internal and external audit processes.

    + Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate setup and ongoing management of vendor profiles within the ERP system.

    + Conduct monthly audits of vendor profiles, vendor contracts, and related documentation to ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness.

    + Facilitate communication between vendors and business owners to address issues or requests.

    + Coordinate the vendor offboarding process to ensure the proper termination of services, return or deletion of company data, and closure of system access.

    + Assist with initiatives and projects aimed at evolving and maturing the vendor management program.

    + Support the development and implementation of best practices, new processes, and system enhancements.

    Requirements:

    + 2-4 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, data analysis, or a similar role.

    + Strong understanding of contract management, vendor negotiations, and performance metrics.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Familiarity with vendor management systems (e.g., NetSuite and Atlassian) is a plus.

    + Excellent communication engagement skills.

    + Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity and accuracy.

    + Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
