PeopleReady Skilled Trades is now hiring for Building Maintenance Technician in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. The right person for this position will have 3 years of experience in maintaining buildings in good condition by performing tasks such as upkeep, preventive maintenance, repair, landscaping, handling air conditioning, heating, pest control, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Cleans, maintains, and repairs building fixtures and equipment in a commercial manufacturing site. Must have the knowledge of using power tools. This is an IMMEDIATE START position!!! _Note: The hourly rate for this position is $22 - $39 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

+ Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintaining buildings in good condition by performing tasks such as upkeep, preventive maintenance, repair, landscaping, handling air conditioning, heating, pest control, plumbing, and carpentry.

+ General trade skills (painting, drywall, carpentry, electrical and plumbing)

+ Ability to use common hand and power tools

+ Ability to follow directions and work independently

+ Ability to maintain proper schedules

+ Be in good physical condition and comfortable working outdoors as well as indoors and at varying heights.

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Good communication skills

Qualifications:

+ Two years minimum working experience in the maintenance or carpentry field

+ Own tools

+ Reliable transportation

+ Able to start immediately

+ OSHA Certification preferred

+ Verifiable work history that confirms your professional skills and experience
