The following position is to join our RTX Process, Transformation and Systems (PST) Team.
RTX has an opening for an **Associate Director, Lead Data Insights & Analytics Product Owner – Sourcing** (Associate Director, Business Systems and Transformation) role.
In this role, you own and manage a portfolio of data insights and analytics products within the Sourcing and Procurement domain. This role requires expertise in sourcing combined with strong product management skills to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of data products that optimize sourcing operations and supplier management.
What You Will Do:
+ Lead the execution and management of a portfolio of sourcing data insights and analytics products including Supplier Management, Contract Management, Purchase Order Processing, Spend Analysis, and related procurement areas.
+ Develop, maintain, and communicate roadmaps for product development, from standard reporting, standard analysis, GenBI, and ensuring integration of AI readiness and adherence to robust security and regulatory standards.
+ Oversee the lifecycle of products from ideation through delivery, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and iterative improvements based on user feedback and performance data.
+ Research and evaluate industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions to enhance and evolve the product portfolio.
+ Serve as liaison between sourcing stakeholders and technical teams to align business objectives with technical delivery.
+ Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure product success and guide data-driven decisions for ongoing enhancements.
+ Travel up to 25% domestically
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in product ownership or product management within sourcing, procurement, or supply chain domains and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or Business or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 10+ years’ related work experience.
+ Strong understanding of sourcing business processes and data requirements.
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex data product portfolios.
+ Experience with agile frameworks, backlog management, and sprint planning.
+ Knowledge of AI integration and strong focus on data security and compliance.
+ Analytical skills with experience leveraging KPIs for product improvement.
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Experience with procurement platforms and ERP systems.
+ Certification in Product Management or Supply Chain (e.g., CSPO, CPSM).
+ Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and advanced analytics.
+ Experience driving organizational change and adoption of new data products.
+ Ability to Travel up to 25%

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
