    The Process SME, Lead is essential for aligning SAP, Solumina, and Digital initiatives to ensure consistent execution of the long-range plan and digital roadmap. This role drives standardization across systems, develops KPI tools for WIP and TAT visibility, and integrates shop floor data for proactive decision-making. The Process SME coordinates and manages process and flow of information across the technology towers, as well as ensure process integration, strategic alignment, and performance tracking - enabling data-driven transformation at scale.

    What You Will Do:

    + Lead cross-functional alignment of SAP, Solumina, and Digital teams to ensure execution of the Long-Range Plan (LRP) and Digital Roadmap.

    + Drive process standardization and integration across systems to improve consistency, data flow, and transparency across the depot network.

    + Develop and implement KPI dashboards to monitor WIP, Turn-Around-Time (TAT), and shop floor health, enabling proactive decision-making.

    + Integrate data from business systems and digital tools to support end-to-end performance tracking and early detection of constraints.

    + Serve as the process owner for strategic planning and operational cadence, ensuring synchronization across technology towers.

    + Support global depot operations by leading initiatives tied to digital transformation, process improvement, and metric harmonization.

    + Track performance against strategic objectives, escalate variances, and influence resource allocation to resolve systemic gaps.

    Qualifications You Must Have:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, technical field, or a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 7+ years).

    + Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional systems integration and digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing or MRO.

    + Strong background in SAP and/or MES (e.g., Solumina), with proven success in process standardization and KPI development.

    + US Citizenship required (due to potential access to government systems or export-controlled data).

    Qualifications We Prefer:

    + Experience in MRO operations, especially with data-driven process design and execution.

    + Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, or project/program management frameworks.

    + Ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong presentation and visualization skills.

    + Experience managing initiatives that scale across global networks or multi-site operations.

    The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

     

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
