    Summary:

    We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to fill the role of Director of Sales Intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Sales products, strategy, and connecting Sales and Product more closely, which is expected to lead to increased Sales efficiency and effectiveness, resulting in higher revenue and reduced cost.

    Required Skills:

    Director, Product Management [Sales Intelligence] Responsibilities:

    1. Manage a team of Product Managers

    2. Drive Sales goaling and Book assignment strategy, help Sales focus on key actions to hit goals by developing insights and alerts for in-quarter actions

    3. Develop AI systems to focus Sales on key opportunities for advertisers, build guidances for key Sales cohorts, manage advertiser incentives, and develop advertiser insights

    4. Drive overall Sales measurement, creating iRev proxies and experiments

    5. Develop tools across the Sales journey to automate parts of Sales processes, drive efficiency, and higher impact using AI tools

    6. Create products to connect advertisers with Sales in a timely manner as needed to reduce idle time of Sales

    7. Build a feedback loop and leverage data to improve our systems over time, connecting Sales and product

    Minimum Qualifications:

    8. Proven experience in leading product teams and driving Sales efficiency and effectiveness

    9. Proven understanding of Sales products and strategy backed by data analysis

    10. Effective collaboration and communication skills

    11. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

    12. Experience to thrive in a heavily matrixed environment

    13. Effective leadership and management skills, with experience in managing large teams

    Preferred Qualifications:

    14. Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including DS, PM, XF Leads, Sales VPs, etc.

    15. Knowledge of CRM tool and data model, Sales insights, Internal AdsAI (genAI)

    16. Experience in building out strategy and team from scratch

    17. Experience in developing and executing AI systems and GenAI tools

    Public Compensation:

    $323,000/year to $381,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
