Job overview and responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing & Operations, this position will partner closely with key business partners in the commercial and digital organizations to develop and oversee go-to-market gamification strategies and programs focused on driving deeper relationships with customers by leveraging exclusivity to inspire incremental engagement.
This individual will be accountable for managing a high-performing cross-functional team responsible for the strategy and program development of core marketing incentive strategies and ensuring delivery against stated goals.
+ Develop and maintain end-to-end Personalized Offer’s and Gamification playbook with a multi-year, strategic roadmap for immediate delivery that prioritizes investments and supports business objectives
+ Drive strategy and delivery to ensure cross-functional capabilities, consistency and compliance while articulating the right sequencing to drive maximum/optimal contribution
+ Ensure adherence to all business and regulatory requirements, including Legal, Distribution and Compliance while working closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to modify program strategies to streamline execution and reduce time to market
+ Manage an annual financial budget for Personalized Offer’s and machine learning programs
+ Identify and leverage industry promotions/offers best practices across portfolios, sharing findings, detect opportunities, and deliver regular performance updates on key business outcomes across the enterprise
+ Be an innovation champion within the business while seeking out new campaign opportunities
+ Collaborate with leadership to help ideate and showcase results for all gamification and machine learning programs
NOTE: This position provides a hybrid work arrangement with approximately 50% of the time spent onsite at our Chicago office location and 50% remotely.
Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+ 9 + Years of related experience
+ 5-7+ years of experience in Marketing, loyalty and/or digital
+ Strong executive project management skills
+ Must be able to provide structure, be proactive, navigate ambiguity, manage stakeholders, and coach creation of appropriate professional collateral; able to oscillate between “in the weeds” analyses and big-picture thinking
+ Proven ability to navigate and influence internal and external networks; experience developing and leading stakeholder relationships through establishing lasting and impactful partnerships
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication, active listening, critical thinking, and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and facilitating decision making
+ Humility, resilience, learners mind, thrives in creating structure from ambiguity
+ Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
+ Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
+ Master's degree in Marketing and/or Business
+ Previous experience with gamification marketing and machine learning
The base pay range for this role is $124,735.00 to $169,950.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
