Data Platform Specialist
Contract role through the end of year. (Dec. 31, 2025) With potential to be extended or permanent hire.
Shift- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm. Possible hybrid schedule after training.
Pay- $23/hour
Location- Williamsville, NY
Duties:
+ Supporting platform operations through strong accuracy, and detailed data entry
+ Reviewing and processing data requests, identifying exceptions in quoting and ordering systems, and maintaining data accuracy within internal platforms.
+ Engaged in generating business intelligence reports and supporting data workflows that enhance the digital platform services.
+ Skilled in business reporting, Excel-based automation, and internal dashboard usage.
+ Interpret operational trends and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders
Skills Needed:
+ Strong accurate Data Entry using Excel. **Power Bi** a plus
+ Able to create and present reports
+ High attention to detail
+ Ability to collaborate as a team to find root cause solutions
Requirements:
+ 2 year college degree or equivalent experience
+ or 3 years of experience in a functional area
+ or High School diploma with 5 years of functional experience.
