The Space Security portfolio which includes Victor and Whiskey program areas is seeking an Associate Dev Sec Ops Manager to manage our growing Dev Sec Ops team\. You will collaborate the management team to staff program needs, develop and grow critical skills, and manage performance through Full Spectrum Leadership\. You will be a passionate leader who loves a challenge, enjoys supporting others in their career development, and rises to the occasion to ensure the success of those around you\. You will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment\.
Responsibilities will include:
• Contributing to program execution through a combination of direct program work and staffing support\.
• Manage a team of roughly 14\+ engineers
• Deliver on Functional Management tasks related to personnel such as, ensuring effective resource allocation, workload balancing, and career development\.
This is both a working position and a management position, in which the successful candidate will work in a dynamic, fast\-paced team environment, where every day brings a new challenge\. We are seeking a results\-oriented team player who thrives in an environment managing shifting priorities and timeline pressure to meet deadlines\.
Basic Qualifications:
• Proven experience in formal and/or informal team leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate others\.
• Demonstrated experience working in Agile teams leveraging Scrum, Kanban or other methodologies and/or understanding of Agile development concepts
• Full Spectrum Leadership behavior, attitude, and perspective\.
• TS/SCI Clearance required
•The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience with the following automation technologies:
Pipeline Automation
GitLab
Helm
K8S
Desired Skills:
•The successful candidate may have additional demonstrated experience with the following automation technologies:
Ansible
Argo CD
Terraform
K8S Volume provisioning \(Rook, etc\)
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 9x80 every other Friday off
