Description:** **Overview
You will be the Manufacturing Engineer, Senior for the Precision Fires Rate Tooling team\. Our team drives the successful execution of rate tooling contracts, supporting Missiles and Fire Control's production capacity growth for Precision Fires programs, including GMLRS, PrSM, and ATACMS\.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineer, Senior, you will support rate tooling proposals, program baseline activities, and contract execution\. You will be a self\-starter, driving projects across multiple sites, suppliers, and locations, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to consolidate complex data into actionable insights\.
Your responsibilities will include:
\* Generating Tangible Item Lists \(TILs\) and labor estimates
\* Budget planning, IMS planning, and make site coordination
\* Control Account Management, writing Tooling Action Requests, and managing priorities

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering
• Proficient in MS Office tools \(Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc\.\)
• Ability to travel domestic and/or international
• Experience supporting the design and fabrication of manufacturing tooling
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance
Desired Skills:
• SAP application experience
• Windchill / MPM Link Experience
• Experience driving the implementation of automated manufacturing processes
• Experience in design for manufacturing / design for automation
• Experience creating and/or interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing \(GD&T\)
• Experience managing project cost / schedule
• Experience working with Government customers
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams/projects across multiple locations
• Demonstrated competency in Computer Aided Design \(CAD\) software \(PTC Creo Preferred\)
• Proven ability to improve cost, schedule, quality and/or safety
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
