**Description:** Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full\-time Items Analyst Lead\. In this role, you will collaborate across Aeronautics to provide high velocity supply to militaries across the world\. Your knowledge of supply and logistics principles will help optimize aircraft maintenance planning and execution, leading to improved mission readiness and fleet availability\. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of collaborating with cross\-functional teams to provide exceptional fleet support resolving supply and logistics support challenges\. Implement innovative technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement to supply performance\. Must be a US Citizen\.; This position will require a government security clearance\.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access\.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college including: Supply Chain Management, Industrial/Operations Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, or Business\.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders\.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel utilizing pivot tables and other Excel related

• Must be a US Citizen\. This position will require a government security clearance\. This position is located at a facility that requires special access\.

Desired Skills:

• Strong problem\-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and an ability to think critically in a high tempo customer\-centered environment\.

• Experience with stakeholder/customer relationship management

• Experience with SAP or other MRP type software and with data tools or programming languages such as Tableau, SQL, Python, etc\., including applied knowledge of MS Excel and data analytical skills and proven and demonstrated functionality\.

• Experience with achieving project success under schedule and budget requirements

• Experience with inventory management, finance, contracting, procurement, or product support

• Experience working with military or industrial customers such as inside/outside sales, distribution, scheduling, routing, and customer support sales or engineering systems or other engineering type work that involves ability to read drawings, contracts, and requirements

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 \- $130,180\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\.

Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year\.

This position is incentive plan eligible\.

**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $84,900 \- $147,085\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\.
