LM Space Enterprise Performance is seeking a **Senior Program Manager VI** to lead several payload and smallsat efforts supporting multiple programs delivering hardware, software, firmware, Mechanical, Electrical and Radio Frequency components and integrated solutions\. As our Senior Program Manager, you will lead a multi\-disciplinary team across multiple geographic locations\.
Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will…\.
1\. Lead the design, build, test, delivery and support of space payloads and attendant test equipment and ground support componentry and subsystems through all program phases including operations support\.
2\. Oversee and manage the development and integration of all components in partnership with enterprise engineering, subcontracts, global supply chain, and production elements as well as our customers to meet all program requirements within the cost and schedule commitments\.
3\. Guide the evolution of payload capabilities and technologies, including defining roadmaps, technology maturation plans and investment strategies\.
4\. Control account management, proposal development and negotiation, and subcontract management for all program elements\.
5\. Identification and management of potential risks
6\. Communication with senior customer and LM executive leadership\.
7\. Technical oversight and coordination of the engineering team in product dispositions, certifications, and anomaly resolution for all elements to ensure mission success\.
8\. Setting the standard and expectations across the segment to ensure that the proper technical/cost/schedule balance is delivered to the program and our customer\.

Basic Qualifications:
\- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8\-10\+ years of experience in the development and delivery of space\-borne components or systems\.
\- Experience managing complex, large\-scale project schedules with multiple interdependencies\.
\- Detailed knowledge of engineering and program planning throughout the development, design, build, test, and integration phases of a program
\- Significant understanding and experience with program financial measurements \(EVMS\), Control Account Management, Risk Management, Schedule Risk Assessment, Subcontracts, Cost/Schedule creation and program management processes
\- Experience managing Internal Research and Development \(IRAD\) and Capital projects
\- Experience shaping, developing and delivering proposals
\- Successful candidate must have recent record of leading multi\-disciplinary teams to solve complex design/development issues
\- Experience building relationships with teams, customers and employees at all levels and across multiple geographic locations
\- Experience managing large teams and individual employees at all levels and across multiple geographic locations and multiple disciplines
\- _Active_ TS/SCI security clearance
Desired Skills:
\- Master’s degree or higher with 20\+ years of relevant industry experience
\- Active TS/SCI Clearance w/Counterintelligence Polygraph
\- Return\-To\-Green experience on one or more programs
\- Large scale development program experience
\- Working knowledge of Defense acquisition process
\- Experience in growing programs through introduction of new product and services
\- Proposal leadership experience
\- Subcontract Management Experience
\- Finance, Project Engineering, previous Program Management background preferred
\- New Business Capture Experience
\- Senior customer communications, briefing experience
\- Familiarity with Space Protection missions and customers

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 9x80 every other Friday off
**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $151,200 \- $266,570\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\.

\(Washington state applicants only\) Non\-represented full\-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off \(PTO\) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays\. Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year\.
This position is incentive plan eligible\.
