BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced a **Behavioral Health Pool RNs** to join our outstanding and compassionate team at **Morton Plant Behavioral Health Hospital in Clearwater, FL** !

The Behavioral Health Clinical Nurse Department Pool I is responsible for:

+ Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.

+ Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.

+ Professional accountability and development.

Position Details:

+ **Location:** Morton Plant Hospital Behavioral Health - Clearwater, FL

+ **Status:** Pool - 4 shifts within 6 weeks

+ **Non-Exempt:** No

+ **Schedule:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

+ **Shift:** Nights

+ **Weekend Work:** 2 shifts within 6 weeks

+ **On Call:** No

Required Certifications and Licensures:

+ BLS (Basic Life Support)

+ RN (Registered Nurse)

+ Nurse Specialty – preferred

**Required Education** :

+ Required Associate's or Diploma in Nursing

+ Preferred Bachelor's in Nursing

Experience:

+ Required 2 years RN experience in an Acute Care Setting
