Sr. Financial Analyst-Remote Indiana-Remote Colorado

(Preferred candidate would be near the Indianapolis, IN or Boulder, CO area for office meetings when necessary)

Job Summary:

This position is a great opportunity to use your technical financial skills, along with working cross functionally with many different departments.

The Sr. Financial Analyst will provide support to Global Software Solutions Finance with responsibility for tracking software subscriptions, expense management, labor capitalization, M&A activities, and producing timely and accurate financial information that is in compliance with GAAP and applicable company policy (FICAP). This role will help drive transformation within the organization by enhancing the team’s analytics capabilities to provide meaningful information to the business to drive decisions. You will have exposure to the GSS Leadership Teams, Americas and International Leadership Teams, hands on training, and growing the software business worldwide.

What You Will Do:

Performance Management

+ Support GSS finance efforts in tracking revenue performance for software subscriptions, including Zentra, Pure Access and Mobile Credentials.

+ Analyze and provide management with clear insights into drivers of pricing performance. Analyze the impact of software development activities on business profitability and provide recommendations to management on actions and business cases to improve results.

+ Monitor Labor Capitalization projects to ensure adherence to budgets and projections.

+ Track performance of revenue growth plans, software subscriptions and margins.

+ Partner with GSS Leadership to provide meaningful information and tools to serve customer needs and drive revenue growth opportunities.

+ Support M&A activities, including financial review, business case analysis and integrations

Accounting Support

+ Ensure the accounting procedures are compliant with GAAP and internal controls.

+ Prepare supplemental reports to fulfill Corporate, Regional and auditor request.

+ Maintain a robust and effective internal control environment.

+ Collaborate with GSS Leadership and provide financial support and guidance for Annual Operating Plans, Forecasts. And Long Range Planning.

+ Prevention, elimination, and timely close-out of control deficiencies.

Transformation

+ Hunger for continuous improvement.

+ Use technology where appropriate to enhance reporting functionality.

+ Provide better customer experience for our business partners.

What You Need to Succeed:

+ This role is remote but can be based within the Indianapolis area or the Boulder, Colorado area with minimal time in the office for meetings.

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

+ 5+ years of hands-on experience

+ Strong leadership skills. Must be able to influence decisions at all levels of the organization.

+ Analytical thinker and you are someone enjoy spending time in the details to solve problems.

+ Ability to explain and communicate financial results to management in an understandable and actionable format for decision-making purposes.

+ Strong skills in MS Office applications (Excel, MSBI, SharePoint).

+ Cross functional team player with focus on business improvement.

**Compensation:** This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

+ The expected Base Salary Range: $88,050 to $132,600. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
