• Employee Health Nurse - Licensed Practical Nurse

    Holzer Health System (Gallipolis, OH)


    The Employee Health Nurse - LPN is directly responsible and accountable to the Employee Health Manager and collaborates with the Human Resources Manager, Director(s) of Nursing and the System Manager of Infection Prevention for administering and monitoring employee health issues at all Holzer locations.

     

    Education and Work Experience: • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing License Practical Nursing program. • Current active Ohio LPN Nursing License recognized by the Ohio Board of Nursing required; multi-state license recommended. • Experience as a hospital, occupational, industrial or public health nurse preferred.
