Job Description

Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services. Acts as a project liaison with other departments. Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings. Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned projects or areas making recommendations based on findings. Vendor management. May supervise a team of project staff.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

- Typically eight to 10 years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Thorough knowledge of project management

- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

- Demonstrated leadership skills

- Ability to effectively present to executive senior leaders

- Very strong verbal and written communication skills

- Advanced excel, power point and project management software knowledge

-Independently lead assigned projects with minimal supervision, ensuring project meet expected deadlines.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00 - $120,120.00
