Responsibilities:

+ Provide exceptional service to bankers and clients regarding their residential mortgage needs within the Wealth Management business.

+ Field complex inquiries from bankers and clients, assess impact and determine the appropriate solution; ensure timely escalations where appropriate.

+ Investigate client issues with full ownership and ensure a timely resolution.

+ Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including mortgage specialists, underwriters, loan coordinators etc.

+ Conduct advanced quantitative client/product related analytics and reporting to drive greater transparency and insights; be exceptionally skilled with data and the associated data tools

+ Assist with product strategy and analytics including conducting sophisticated analysis of data to help drive key business decisions and strategy

+ Assist with development management presentations.

+ Help drive business initiatives of varying size and complexity in partnership with the management team.

+ Maintain in-depth knowledge of the RRE mortgage product, programs and policies

+ Stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape in the high-net-worth mortgage space, identifying opportunities to enhance product offerings.

+ Contribute to process improvements and initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency within the team

+ Ad hoc projects and activities as required

Qualifications:

+ 6-10 years of experience in a product role, preferably in mortgages

+ Strong client centric mindset and industry knowledge

+ Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint

+ Strong quantitative and analytical skills

+ Exceptional data skills

+ Knowledge of databases

+ Strong attention to accuracy, detail and deadlines with good time management skills.

+ Ability to deal effectively with all levels of management.

Education:

+ Bachelor's/University degree in a quantitative subject

+ MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative field preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$157,040.00 - $235,560.00
