Job Description
The PWM Wealth Strategist is responsible for working with Private Wealth Advisor to develop and bring new client relationships generally above $10MM net worth into Private Wealth Management. Helps with client discovery and work with wealth management specialists to deepen and broadens relationships with existing clients. The Wealth Strategist will work closely with other members of the relationship team to meet all of client’s wealth planning, estate planning and wealth transfer needs. Will serve as a subject matter expert in estate and income tax planning, protection planning, business succession planning, philanthropic strategies, and trust and fiduciary advice. Leverages thorough knowledge of all Wealth products offered by U.S. Bank, including fiduciary products, to identify and implement strategies working with client's external and internal advisors. Focuses to grow the PWM business within assigned Market by utilizing established professional network in the local and/or regional market.
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
+ Typically at least 10 years of wealth planning experience with high/ultra-high net worth clients
Preferred Skills/Experience
+ Broad knowledge of fiduciary, tax or estate planning products, services, and strategies
+ Experience drafting or reviewing estate or business documents
+ Possess strong sales and business development acumen
+ Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills
+ JD, CPA, CTFA, CFP and/or advanced degree
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $149,515.00 - $175,900.00 - $193,490.00
