Summary You will serve as an Assistant Order Approval and Resource Manager in the Training and Education Directorate (N7) of Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command (CNRFC), Norfolk, VA, of COMNAVRESFORCOM. Responsibilities You will provide educational and administrative support to the Training and Education Directorate (N7) of Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command. You will communicate with customers as required to resolve issues with course prerequisites, travel arrangements, or justification for the course requested. You will be responsible for the analysis and evaluation, production, and distribution of all reports and data analyses relating to ADT-Schools funding use as directed by the N71 Order Approval Division Director and Resource Manager. You will provide oversight of the management of vetting ADT-Schools order requests with appropriate training requirements in systems of record such as Fleet Management and Planning Systems and Total Force Manpower Management Systems. You will Manage order, enrollment and funding management for enlisted Sailors attending follow-on rate training under the Read Relevant Learning training construct. You will prepare, submit for approval, and manage funding documents. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: -Experience with the Reserve Order Writing System or similar databases used in managing and approving schools requests, and processing unliquidated and/or partially liquidated orders. - Experience analyzing financial and budgetary program data/inter-relationships and coordinate the preparation plans and proposals applying methods used to gather, analyze, and evaluate resource planning information, draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate action. - Experience using data analysis techniques and methodologies in the analysis of department performance and execution metrics and other areas as tasked. - Experience using management principles, methods, techniques and systems, particularly as practiced by Reserve Units to maximize the effective and efficient use of all training resources.
