Description:

Johnson Memorial Hospital, Stafford Springs, CT

You will be responsible for performing all advanced procedures required during treatment and transport unless assisted by another licensed EMT-P.

What will you do:

+ Assess situation, provide necessary medical care to treat, stabilize and prepare patient for transport, use of specialized equipment, such as ventilators and defibrillators, when needed.

+ Communicate clear, concise information with patient, family members, colleagues on-site and with medical staff at healthcare facilities.

+ Writing and submitting accurate incident and patient reports.

Work Hours/Shift:

+ Full-time, NIght Shifts, 36/48 weekly rotation

**Minimum Qualifications** :

+ High school diploma and completion of an accredited Paramedic program.

+ Current Paramedic CT license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, valid driver’s license.

+ Must have the ability to think and act calmly in emergency situations.
