Job Description:
Summary:
This role will be responsiblefor leading a team of reliability engineers and maintenance professionals to ensure that all equipment and assets are maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability. Work closely with other departments to develop and implement maintenance strategies that reduce downtime, increase efficiency, and minimize costs.
Essential Functions:
+ Ensure that all equipment and assets are maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability.
+ Develop and implement maintenance strategies that reduce downtime, increase efficiency, and minimize costs.
+ Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement improvements to maintenance processes and procedures.
+ Develop and manage a budget for maintenance and reliability engineering activities.
+ Develop and maintain a comprehensive asset management program that includes preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring.
+ Lead root cause analysis investigations to identify the underlying causes of equipment failures and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
+ Implement and maintain a comprehensive reliability engineering program that includes failure mode and effects analysis, reliability-centered maintenance, and life cycle cost analysis.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field. May consider relevant work experience in lieu of degree
+ 6+ years of experience
+ Proven experience in leading a team of reliability engineers and maintenance professionals.
+ Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
+ Experience with root cause analysis, failure mode and effects analysis, and reliability-centered maintenance.
