Part-Time Office Admin
Insight Globals Client; a leading environmental non-profit organization. Is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to support its Boston office on a 6-month contract. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations, particularly in managing mail forwarding and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities
Mail Management: Sort and forward mail to the accounting team.
Vendor Coordination: Be onsite for water delivery, recycle pick-up, and other deliveries.
Communication: Check voice mail, return phone calls, and manage office communications.
Office Management: Track office usage, manage office vendors and equipment (copier, fax, water service, recycle, etc.).
Subscription Management: Add and remove users from corporate news subscriptions.

Skills and Requirements
Requirements:
Ability to work onsite in our Boston office approximately 2 days a week.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
Previous office management or administrative experience is a plus. Additional Information:
This position does not have a supervisor onsite, but there will be other staff working onsite occasionally.
